“蜘蛛人”艾伦罗拔高举双手，仿佛告诉全世界说“我自由了！”

攀双峰塔2千　蜘蛛人雄心不灭·下一站瞄准杜

二零零九年九月三日凌晨十二时十五分

（吉隆坡2日讯）昨日偷偷攀爬双峰塔并成功攻顶的法国籍“蜘蛛人”艾伦罗拔（Robert Alain Philippe）今被带上吉隆坡推事庭面控，他向法庭认罪后，被推事判罚款2000令吉。

虽然如此，但他仍雄心万丈，下一个目标将是杜拜。

47岁的艾伦罗拔是攀爬专家兼导师，也是激励讲师，他今日在刑事法典第447刑事侵入条文下被控，他较后被判罚款2000令吉。在有关条文下，一旦罪成可被判最高可达六个月监禁、或不超过3000令吉罚款或两者兼施。

控状指，他在9月1日，约早上8时30分在吉隆坡国际会展中心（KLCC）范围内的双塔楼，意图入侵属于吉隆坡会展中心范围建筑物，因此抵触刑事法典447（刑事入侵）条文。案情指，此案原告巴拉（驻守KLCC警员）在9月1日，约早上8时30分，发现艾伦罗拔在第88楼建筑物，因此逮捕被告。

他今早被带上吉隆坡大使路推事庭面控时，神情淡定，身上还穿着昨日攀爬双峰塔的青色外套和黑色长裤。由于他以及另一名代表律师迪仁诺仁达（Dhiren Norendra）是法国人，因此审讯过程使用英语。他在被判后缴付罚款后，在一名友人陪同下离开。

此案推事官为茜蒂莎奇拉，主控官为莎士塔，而艾伦罗拔的代表律师为王建强、陈志翔以及一名法裔律师迪仁诺仁达。

以王建强为首的律师团，向推事官求情时说，艾伦罗拔是首次攀上大马双峰塔后被控上法庭的人，而且他在大马不曾有任何犯罪记录，他希望推事官能够判被告罚款，无需送进监狱守刑，因为他的行为对社会没有任何影响。

他表示，艾伦只因热爱攀爬大楼，在攀爬过程没有伤及自己以及公众。他也表示，艾伦罗拔已承诺，在此案件审讯结束后，从此不会在马来西亚任何一个建筑物进行攀爬。

曾为慈善而爬

他透露，艾伦罗拔已婚，妻子目前在法国担任秘书，育有3名份别22岁19岁和16岁的孩子，他没有稳定的收入，但他热衷慈善，曾在我国沙巴的某间基金大厦攀爬，当时是为了慈善而攀爬，还筹获50万令吉。他继续说，希望推事官能以2000令吉作为罚款，因为艾伦罗拔的身体状况不佳，根据他在法国医院的医疗报告，身体60％不健全，须在9月7日返到巴黎接受医药治疗。

这名12年来锲而不舍挑战大马双峰塔的法国“蜘蛛人”艾伦罗拔周二第3度偷攀爬双峰塔，并成功在清晨7时45分登上452公尺高顶峰并展示“V”胜利手势。

艾伦罗拔准备往下爬时因口渴而选择在88楼窗口进入办公室，结果遭保安人员扣押移交警方。

裁决有人情味　暂不再来大马

艾伦罗拔在办理罚款手续后，在友人陪同下离开法庭，间中他心情愉快地向媒体表示，对于推事官的裁决感到很有人情味，自己在返回法国后，暂时不会来大马，下一个征服站将在杜拜。

被询及当下心情，他向媒体简短地说，“攀爬活动是我的热爱、攀爬活动是我的最爱！”

法国“蜘蛛人”艾伦罗拔被控上地庭，吸引不少国内外媒体相争采访，也有不少在法庭办事，或在工作的职员，皆对“蜘蛛人”甚感兴趣，当他步出法庭门口前，大家的目光都放在他的身上。

什么是PROGRAM EKSPRES？

第一、「學習認錯」。

人常常不肯認錯，凡事都說是別人的錯，認為自己才是對的，其實不認錯就是一個錯。認錯的對象可以是父母、朋友、社會大眾、佛菩薩，甚至向兒女或是對我不好的人認錯，自己不但不會少了什麼，反而顯得你有度量。學習認錯是美好的，是一個大修行。

第二、「學習柔和」。

人的牙齒是硬的，舌頭是軟的，到了人生的最後，牙齒都掉光了，舌頭卻不會掉，所以要柔軟，人生才能長久，硬反而吃虧。心地柔軟了，是修行最大的進步。一般形容執著的人說，你的心、你的性格很冷、很硬，像鋼鐵一樣。如果我們像禪門說的調息、調身、調心，慢慢調伏像野馬、像猴子的這顆心，令它柔軟，人生才能活得更快樂、更長久。

第三、「學習生忍」。

這世間就是忍一口氣，風平浪靜，退一步海闊天空；忍，萬事都能消除。忍就是會處理、會化解，用智慧、能力讓大事化小、小事化無。各位要生活、要生存、要生命，有了忍，可以認清世間的好壞、善惡、是非，甚至接受它。

第四、「學習溝通」。

缺乏溝通，就會產生是非、爭執與誤會。現在中國大陸、香港和台灣，兩岸三地最重要的就是溝通，相互了解、相互體諒、相互幫助，大家都是龍兄虎弟，互相爭執、不溝通怎麼能和平呢？

第五、「學習放下」。

人生像一只皮箱，需要用的時候提起，不用的時就把它放下，應放下的時候，卻不放下，就像拖著沉重的行李，無法自在。人生的歲月有限，認錯、尊重、包容才能讓人接受，放下才自在啊！

第六、「學習感動」。

我們看到人家得好處，要歡喜；看到好人好事，要能感動。感動是一個愛心、菩薩心、菩提心，在我幾十年的歲月裡，有許多事情、語言感動了我，所以我也很努力的想辦法讓別人感動。

I would like to share a scheme that Simply just spend a RM50 for whole life plan. Another scheme which is simply just spend a RM100 for whole life plan. Too simple, without time limit, without target or quota to fight, without use own money to maintain, without stress, without risk, without selling products, without meeting. Flexible time, just sharing to everybody when u r free. 《大雄的恐龙》，一部已经很久了的小叮当长篇漫画，相信很多人都已经看过了。我在很小的时候就看了这个长篇漫画。让我简单阐述其内容吧：

故事开始于阿福家。阿福的爸爸从美国给他买了个恐龙爪子（化石），阿福向大伙（大雄，技安和宜静）炫耀。大雄不甘心，便夸口说要找到一幅完整的化石给大家看。后来他无意中找到了一颗恐龙蛋，并把蛋孵出一只小长颈龙，取名为皮助。皮助把大雄当成爸爸了，而单纯的大雄则把它“秘密”地养在屋里。他希望等皮助长得很大后，便公开他的朋友们看，进而让全世界都知道。当然，聪明的小叮当便告诉他其后果（如学者会把它解剖当研究）。因此，大雄决定等皮助长大，并给他朋友们看到后，便把它送回一亿年前的白垩纪时代。在这期间，大雄一直很关心，很照顾皮助，把皮助当孩子一样看待。皮助渐渐长大了，再也无法呆在屋里了，大雄和小叮当便把它放在公园的湖里，而大雄每晚都会去探望它。在这期间，有个来自未来的非法恐龙猎人来找大雄，打算买下皮助，但被拒绝了。

好景不长，“湖里的怪物”成了公众的话题。为了保护皮助，大雄和小叮当决定马上把它送回去一亿年前。在他们带着皮助（用缩小灯缩小了）乘着时光机去白垩纪的路途中，恐龙猎人忽然杀出，打算强抢皮助。虽然没有得逞，时光机却被损坏了（没有完全损坏）。到了白垩纪，大雄撇下了皮助，强忍泪水准备走时，皮助跟上来了。大雄骂了它，之后就与小叮当回到21世纪了。一路上，大雄的泪水没有间断过。

后来，大雄与小叮当发现他们把皮助送到错误的地方了。因此，他们决定在回去一趟，把皮助送到它真正的故乡。当时朋友们都在场，为了看皮助，便一起硬是跳进了大雄书桌的抽屉（里面是超空间，时光机就在里头），一起跌跌撞撞的到了一亿年前。后来他们找到了皮助，朋友们也相信大雄没有吹牛了。可是，现在的问题是，时光机因着之前被恐龙猎人打击过，又加上超载，已经完全坏了。他们身处一亿年前的“美国”，回去的唯一方法是要到达大雄房间抽屉的准确位置的土地，只有那边才有入口。简单的说，他们必须从美国走到日本，而唯一可用的道具只有竹蜻蜓（一种飞行工具）。刚开始大家有很多争议，绝望。到后来，他们还是决定携手为回家而努力。（幸好皮助家乡也在同样地方，省了很多力气）

一路上，他们经历了许多挑战，当他们都携手同行。直到再次遇上恐龙猎人与他老板，原来他们从没放弃得到皮助。他们甚至提出优厚条件：若是把皮助交给他们，不但有大笔钱财，他们也会用他们的时光机把大雄他们送回家。可是，大雄与伙伴们还是拒绝了。之后他们来硬的。千钧一发的时刻，时光巡警出现并救了他们。到了这一刻，他们还是决定不要让巡警们用时光机载他们回，而是继续靠着他们的努力与团结找入口。结果，他们成功了！这个时刻，要与皮助分离了！皮助必须回到自己的族群里，未来世界是不适合它的。尽管离别时刻泪不止，但是无奈终须别。大伙们找到入口回家了，而皮助也回到一亿年前的故乡了。（故事的结尾，皮助还找到“女朋友”了）

这次我看的是动画。到了完结的时刻，我的眼眶已经湿了。其实在观赏的当儿，我就已经哭了好几回。从没想过一篇动漫会让人如此感动，并且发人深省。从《大雄的恐龙》中，我在两个人生重要的邻域上得到了启发：

1）亲情
对我而言，大雄与皮助的关系，并不是一般的宠物情缘。在这里，大雄更像是皮助的爸爸。他把皮助孵了出来，把皮助当成孩子，皮助也把他当爸爸。当然，现实世界里，这种情况不可能发生。但是，更值得我们去注意的是他们之间的“情”，就像是我们与父母的那份情。打从我们呱呱坠地开始，父母就一直照顾，保护着我们，把我们“关”在家里，深怕外面的世界欺负了我们，就像大雄把皮助养在家里一样。时间长了，皮助长大了，家里再也容纳不下它了，便要离开家里到外面的世界去了。这不就和我们的情况一样吗？唯一不同的是，家里容纳不下皮助的，是它长大的躯体；家里容纳不下我们的，是我们成长的思想。皮助离开大雄家，住到了公园湖里，大雄每晚都去探望它，一直放不下它。这让我想到就算我们离开家里到外地读书了，父母还是放不下我们。电话联系就不说了，还会三不五时来探望在外地的孩子，深怕他们吃不饱了，穿不暖了或受委屈了。故事的结尾，大雄和皮助终于真正道别，皮助正式离开大雄了。这就像我们长大了，要寻找自己的伴侣了。因此，我们将正式离开父母，去寻早我们的前途与幸福了。故事里，大雄与皮助分离时的那种伤感，到现在我都还能感觉得到。这又让我想到当父母“被迫”放手，让我们离开家里或他们的怀抱时，他们是多么不舍，多么难过的啊！我相信若可能的话，他们绝对愿意一辈子照顾着我们，保护着我们。但是，人，总是不能与现实对抗。分离，还是必然的。为了我们的幸福，父母不得不放手啊！庆幸的是，故事里大雄和皮助可能无法见面了，但我们离开了家里之后，或成立了自己的家庭后，我们却随时还可以回去。父母让我们走，但他们从没说过不可以再回来。所以我们只要三不五时去看看我们亲爱的爸爸和妈妈，好好孝敬他们，故事里的缺憾就不会发生了。老话一句：树欲静而风不止，子欲养而亲不在，那是多么痛苦，抱憾终生的啊！

2）友情
在这个故事里，我对一个词非常有感触：伙伴。这是故事里的技安说的。故事里有这么一段，当他们五个人飞跃一个山谷时，受到了翼龙的攻击。这时技安的竹蜻蜓出了状况。在他往下掉时，大雄飞向他并拉着他的手，由始至终没放过。（尽管大雄自己的竹蜻蜓也有问题了）后来他们被恐龙猎人给救了。当恐龙猎人向他们开出交换皮助的条件（上面说到）的时候，阿福动摇了。他建议与恐龙猎人交易，但求回家无阻。大雄当然不答应。就在这时，技安说话了。他力挺大雄，因为大雄在最危险的时刻都紧握着他的手。他说：“我们是伙伴，只要大家一条心一起努力，总有一天会走到的。”阿福哭了！我感觉到他不是绝望的哭，而是在这种危急的情况下，一群伙伴反对他的建议后的一种发泄。或许他还有些许不满，但在他哭着说了：“走路嘛！要走不是一起走回去咯！”之后，他已经打从心里认定了这群伙伴。现实中，我们有多少人会秉着为朋友两肋插刀的原则呢？遇到困难时，所谓的朋友，是像大雄在最危急时刻拉着技安手不放一样的真友谊，还是大难临头各自飞？又或者，往我们身上踩一脚来往上爬？我问了我自己，现实中，有几个人我会真心称之为伙伴呢？更无奈的问题，有多少人当我是伙伴？多少人愿意和我共患难？有福同享，有难我当？

Few days ago during Christmas's eve i went for a movie at Jusco Cheras Selatan with 3 of my friends (ah wei, yong nien & mr Kent). But too bad, only 4 batang of us went to watch the movie,haha.. Anyway, this movie is highly recommend to everyone. This movie, IP MAN is super great!! Ip Man is adapted from the life story of Yip Man, the grandmaster of the Wing Chun style of kung fu and sifu ("father" teacher: master) of legendary kung fu superstar Bruce Lee. This film will be the first important record of the master's life. Ip's persistent devotion to Wing Chun is a classic example of the love and respect shown to wushu and the freedom and spirit it represents. Ip Man is a concept, a spirit, a way of thinking - and it represent a new peak in Hong Kong's wushu movies. Pls go n watch it when u r free .... After u watch tis movie, u wil hv the feeling to watch for 2nd times, especially 4 guys i think. HAhaha... Go for it ~~ C u guys....
